The Hellemann name has become almost synonymous with large scale productions of theatre, TV and music in Denmark. Jens Hellemann has for years worked with directors Nikolaj Cederholm and Lars Kaalund on some of the most spectacular stage productions Denmark has ever seen. Jens Hellemann has been involved in shows such as the Theatre Concerts Dylan, Come Together and Beach Boys, the dance/music performance The World History, Simon, Casino Moonlight and All Men Are Mortal as a composer, arranger, producer and musical director. Alongside his work in the theatre Jens has worked in TV and with some of the finest singers and musicians in Denmark, and for the past years he’s taken more and more interest in score music for film. His latest project, together with twin Peter Hellemann, has been re-writing the music of one of the biggest composers in the world, Mozart, and making it into a modern theatre concert, directed by Nikolaj Cederholm. Sept. 2011 Jens Hellemann released his first record “Klimaskift" (Climate Change) as an independent artist.
